วันที่ 18 เมษายน 2565 นายมนต์ชัย วิวัฒน์ธนาฒย์ นายกองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดพิษณุโลก มอบหมายให้ นางสีไพร โกธรรม ปลัดองค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดพิษณุโลก พร้อมด้วย นางเฉลิมพร แสงมณี ผู้อำนวยการกองยุทธศาสตร์และงบประมาณ และหัวหน้าส่วนราชการ องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดพิษณุโลก ร่วมประชุมหารือกับ รองศาสตราจารย์ ดร.พนิดา จงสุขสมสกุล ภาควิชานิเทศศาสตร์ คณะบริหารธุรกิจ เศรษฐศาสตร์และการสื่อสาร มหาวิทยาลัยนเรศวร เพื่อต้องการยกระดับอาหารพื้นถิ่นเมืองพิษณุโลกที่มีความหลากหลายทางชาติพันธุ์ให้เป็นที่รู้จักทั้งในด้านโภชนาการ คุณค่าทางวัฒนธรรม รวมทั้งถ่ายทอดและดำรงรักษาความเป็นท้องถิ่นนิยมให้คงอยู่บนแพลทฟอร์มการสื่อสารดิจิทัลที่ไม่มีขอบเขตด้านสถานที่และเวลา มาเป็นข้อมูลเชิญชวนให้เกิดการตามรอยอาหารและวัฒนธรรมและเพิ่มศักยภาพด้านการท่องเที่ยวของจังหวัดพิษณุโลก ณ ห้องประชุมพระเอกาทศรถ องค์การบริหารส่วนจังหวัดพิษณุโลก
