Ittiphon Bhupasiri, Deputy Chief Executive of the Phitsanulok Provincial Administrative Organization, went to Prompiram district to made an understanding with the people who faced the drought at Wat Huaydang m.4 Prompiram sub-district and described to the people about the water shortage problem mitigation.
